General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) contain the conditions for the use of the fundraising website (https://kekmadar.info.hu) operated by the Blue Bird’s Wings Foundation (hereinafter: Foundation).

The purpose of the Foundation is to provide human and financial support to those who help selflessly those in need.

Please use our services only if you agree with all the points of the T&C and consider it applied to yourself. The donation of the users becomes valid only by accepting of the T&C.

FUNDRAISING

The data given on the https://kekmadar.info.huwebsite when choosing the form of support as paying by bank or credit card are handled by Barion Payment Zrt. according to its current policy. The service provider is not accountable for the handling of the data given on this website. In the course of fundraising, the data held by the Service Provider are governed by data protection legislation that complies with the law.

DATA HANDLING

The Service provider is entitled to handle what is provided by the user voluntarily as long as the user does not use their right of data deletion. (In case of the user’s voluntary decision, the data must be deleted within five workdays from the day of receiving the claim. In case the user uses personal data against the law or implements criminal offence the Service provider may delete all their personal data and registration according to its rights provided by the Terms and Conditions at the same time as it receives the information about the act.)

The request for deletion of the user’s personal data must be sent by e-mail to info@kekmadar.info.hu. The Service Provider shall delete the data within 5 working days from receiving the cancellation request. If deleted, the displayed data cannot be restored.

DATA TRANSMISSION

Personal data shall not be transferred to third parties other than those indicated by the data manager. This does not apply to any mandatory statutory data transfers that may occur only in exceptional cases. The data manager checks the legal basis for the transfer of data for each data item before the execution of each request for official data.

USERS RIGHTS RELATED TO THE MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Users may request information about the management of their personal data. Upon request, the data manager shall inform the data subject of the data he/she manages, the purpose of the processing, the legal basis, the duration, the name of the data processor, its address (headquarters) and its data management activities, as well as who and for what purposes the data are received or received. The request for information should be sent to the e-mail at info@kekmadar.info.hu, which will be answered within 8 working days. Users may request that their data be deleted and corrected as specified in the Data Management Period.

POSSIBILITIES FOR THE VINDICATION OF RIGHTS

The users’ rights of vindication are set out in the Act CXII of 2011 on Information Autonomy and Freedom of Information and the Civil Code. PAYMENT

The supporter will pay the subsidy electronically (by credit card) at the time of placing the order. In case of paying by bank card, after ordering of the support, the supporter compensates the amount by means of the payment service provided by Barion Payment Zrt.

The Organization shall not be liable for any errors in the payment made by the service provided by Barion Payment Zrt.

COMPLAINT HANDLING

You may contact us with any complaints you may have, in writing: by mail or by e-mail. We will investigate your complaint and inform you of its outcome in written form within 30 days.

You can turn to the Pest County Arbitration Board in a controversial situation.
